Susie Nicastro has worked in the Insurance Industry for 15 years, and as an Accountant for 20. 14 of those years specifically as a Controller, and specializing in Vertafore AMS360 for 11+ years.
She has extensive experience preparing budgets, analyzing data, and generating forecasts. Her management experience has taught her how to communicate effectively and pull together a strong accounting team.
Her work experience has been specifically in the development of financial statement preparation, integrating a streamlined accounting ideal to improve processes, and utilize software programs (such as Microsoft Excel & Quick Books) to expand & combine those accounting processes.
One of her strongest characteristics is the true desire to remain honest and incorporate a strong team. She believes integration and open communication is an integral part of a successful organization.
Accountant
Ashley Werley joined IAS March 2017 and is an indispensable asset to our accounting team. Ashley is currently specializing in Carrier Payables, but contributes to many various facets of the organization.
Ashley is highly knowledgeable in the full accounting cycle, is extremely organized & reliable, and encompasses a wide range of time management skills.
Her open communication is an integral cog in what keeps IAS running so fluidly.

Debbie Indrieri is a financial executive and CPA with 20+ years of experience in accounting and finance, including financial close process, SEC filings, management reporting, regulatory reporting, financial analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), controls implementation, policy and procedures development, financial systems implementation, new business integration, project management, budgeting and forecasting, mergers & acquisitions, automation, finance integration and external audit.
Debbie is self-motivated and detail oriented with solid interpersonal skills, experience in fast-paced environments & possesses excellent project management skills and is committed to continuous improvement.
Debbie’s strong problem solving skills have made her an essential part of our team.
Staff Accountant
Esther DeLeon joined our expanding team December 2022.
Esther brings with her a great deal of enthusiasm and strong work ethic.
Esther is a critical point-person for various clients and continues to impress! Her current focus is Vendor Payables and Agency Bill Invoicing but is always eager to contribute and learn more.
Accountant
Karen Gilley has been an integral part of the accounting staff of Insurance Agencies for over 20 years and acquired her certification in AMS 360 accounting 3 years ago.
Her knowledge of the system and her ability to make it work for the company is her most desirable skill. She also has her own bookkeeping firm that specializes in assisting small businesses navigate their manual or electronic bookkeeping tasks.
She enjoys the often mundane task of posting and balancing and creating concise financials from client receipts and manual records. Her attention to detail, integrity and work ethic make her an asset to any team.
Jr Staff Accountant
Dominic Yousufi joined our accounting team September 2023.
Dominic continues to expand his accounting knowledge and has completely embraced direct bill entry/ direct bill statement/ agency billing, and a multitude of various tasks. We consider him to be a crucial part of our team!
